Seera Course

t is a way to get to know the personality of the prophet Muhammad, his way of life, and how he faced the difficulties of life.

-It provides the individual with the ideal model that relates to each role the individual plays in life, as a father, a husband, a son, a leader, and many other roles. As prophet Muhammed is the one to be followed for he is an example for all Muslims.
Allah says: ï´¾Indeed in the
Messenger of Allah you have a good example to follow for him who hopes for (the
Meeting with) Allah and the Last Day, and remembers Allah muchï´¿ (Al-Ahzab:21);
Allah (the Almighty) says ï´¾If you obey him, you shall be on the right guidanceï´¿
(Al-Noor:54); Allah also says ï´¾He who obeys the Messenger, has indeed obeyed
Allahï´¿ (Al-Nissa:80).

-It helps us to understand the Holy Qur’an and to feel its purposes, especially the verses that is related to old events.
-It tells us how to spend our worldly life for the betterment of our final life.
– Through his biography teachers can derive the methods and techniques of teaching.
-Muslims study the Biography of Prophet Muhammed in order to have his love deeply entrenched in their hearts and to increase their belief in his honesty.
-To know the manners of prophet Muhammed peace be upon him as he was never furious, he never failed to keep the promises he gave to others, he never sought to take revenge for himself, he was truthful and trustworthy and he supported the weak and the needy.
