Treatment of magic

First everything in this life has remedy, so companions asked the prophet should we make use of medical treatment? 

He replied: Make use of medical treatment, for Allah has not made a disease without appointing a remedy for it, 

with the exception of one disease, namely old age.

Methods of treating magic

1– by the holy Quran and Allah said:(O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord the Quran, ordering all that is good and forbidding all that is evil), and a healing for that (disease of ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences, etc.) in your breasts, – a guidance and a mercy (explaining lawful and unlawful things, etc.) for the believers)

 The story of one of the companions when they were traveling and some people asked to help them master then went and recited (Surat-ul-Fatiha): ‘All the praises are for the Lord of the Worlds’ and puffed over the chief who became all right as if he was released from a chain, and got up and started walking, showing no signs of sickness. So, they went to Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) and narrated the story. Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) asked, “How did you come to know that Suratul- Fatiha was recited as Ruqya?” Then he added, “You have done the right thing.

Among the useful incantations in the treatment of magic: reading the magic verses in Surat Al-A’raf, which is the saying of the Most High: To crush seven leaves of green seder between two stones or so, then pour on them enough water for washing, then recite in it, Ayat al-Kursi, and say, surah Alekhlas and Alfalq and Alnas and al kafruon and the verses of magic.

 * The verses in Surat Al-A`raf are the verse:

{وَأَوْحَيْنَا إِلَى مُوسَى أَنْ أَلْقِ عَصَاكَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ (117) فَوَقَعَ الْحَقُّ وَبَطَلَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ (118) فَغُلِبُوا هُنَالِكَ وَانقَلَبُوا صَاغِرِينَ}

 * And the verses in Surat Yunus, which are the saying of the Most High:

 {وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ ائْتُونِي بِكُلِّ سَاحِرٍ عَلِيمٍ (79) فَلَمَّا جَاءَ السَّحَرَةُ قَالَ لَهُمْ مُوسَى أَلْقُوا مَا أَنْتُمْ مُلْقُونَ (80) فَلَمَّا أَلْقَوْا قَالَ مُوسَى مَا جِئْتُمْ بِهِ السِّحْرُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَيُبْطِلُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ (81) وَيُحِقُّ اللَّهُ الْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُجْرِمُونَ }

 * And the verses in Surat taha, which are the saying of the Most High:

 {قَالُوا يَا مُوسَى إِمَّا أَنْ تُلْقِيَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ نَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَلْقَى (65) قَالَ بَلْ أَلْقُوا فَإِذَا حِبَالُهُمْ وَعِصِيُّهُمْ يُخَيَّلُ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ سِحْرِهِمْ أَنَّهَا تَسْعَى (66) فَأَوْجَسَ فِي نَفْسِهِ خِيفَةً مُوسَى (67) قُلْنَا لا تَخَفْ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الأَعْلَى (68) وَأَلْقِ مَا فِي يَمِينِكَ تَلْقَفْ مَا صَنَعُوا إِنَّمَا صَنَعُوا كَيْدُ سَاحِرٍ وَلا يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَى }    

 Read these verses and put them in water and then pour it on the head of the bewitched, Then he drinks from this water, and washes with the rest, and what is in him will go away, in sha Allah

 But if magic is found, the verses of magic, the verse al kursi, the two al-Mawdhatan, and sincerity should be recited over him, then he should be burned

 Ibn al-Qayyim said

He mentioned his guidance in the treatment of this disease, and two types were narrated from him about him: One of them: and he informed them: extracting and revoking it, as it was authentically reported from him, peace be upon him, that he asked his Lord, Glory be to Him, about that, and he indicated it, so he extracted it from a well, and it was in  A comb and a comb, and when I extracted it, what was in it was gone, until it was more active than a headband.
